It is the client’s responsibility to open credit monitoring services. We highly recommend Credit Check Total because it provides quicker updates, more accurate information, and sends alerts in real time that free services do not. IdentityIQ.com is recommended as well.
Other packages listed on the site also have a specific time frame for completion. If you have passed the time frame and you are not satisfied, a credit of services will be considered on a client-by-client basis only under the Refund Policy. A refund will NOT be issued if instructions were not followed.

However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if Start My Business Inc. fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, provided the client has fully cooperated and followed all instructions. Any substitutions will be determined at the sole discretion of Start My Business Inc. management, potentially prorated based on the portion of service completed.
General Conditions:
All substitutions requests must be submitted in writing to support@startmybusiness.us. Clients must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation for the substitutions request as refunds are not generally provided. Failure to follow program instructions, lack of cooperation, or having fraud alerts/freezes active during the service period may void eligibility for a ubstitution. In the rare case a refund is issued, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days.
These are standard business overhead costs that persist after our business build-out services conclude.
We provide 6 months of free hosting, your first year of domain name registration, and a business email account. You may opt to use your own hosting account; in this case, we will issue a 6-month credit toward services equivalent to your hosting cost or deposit the amount into your preferred account.
You may transfer your domain and hosted website content to another provider at any time. We'll complete the transfer within 48 hours of your request.
Registered agent fees typically range from $25 to $100 annually, depending on the state. We cover your first year's expense if we incorporate or file LLC articles for you outside your state of residence.
You assume full liability for any trade accounts or credit extended to you upon approval.
